The warranty is still valid after you fly home
The classic traveller doubt: "what if something goes wrong after the holiday?" That is why our warranty is not tied to the shop: up to 12 months on part and labour, valid after you get home too. If the replaced part fails, we sort it out by courier or refund you. Living 1,500 kilometres away costs you nothing.
You always receive a receipt and a warranty certificate: useful for your travel insurance as well, if your policy covers accidental damage. Many guests simply forward our invoice to their insurer and get the repair reimbursed.
